Marvin ("Merv") S. Haber recently defended two individual defendants in a 3 month elongated jury trial in Burlington County Superior Court. The jury found in favor of Mr. Haber's clients on all seven counts in this complex commercial litigation case included breach of fiduciary duty, civil fraud and potential punitive damages. This successful defense precluded a potential $25 Million Dollar Award from being assessed against Mr. Haber's clinets.

Mr. Haber recently celebrated the 3rd anniversary of his radio show: "MERV HABER'S REAL ESTATE POWER HOUR" aired live on the first Thursday of each month and then presented as a podcast on WWDBAM.com. Recent topics included REITs and IRS Rule 1031 Exchanges

Mr. Haber was re-elected to the Board of Governors to serve a 2nd three year term for the Justinian Society of Philadelphia and was recently appointed (2024) to the State Civil Executive Committee of teh Philadelphia Bar Association.​

Mr. Haber continued his service to the PA Bar Associations Judicial Investigation committee-an organization dedicated to vet judges and Justices in order to maintain the integrity of the Judiciary in Pennsylvania.
